Former AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is happy that his old club have signed Mario Balotelli.
Balotelli joined from Manchester City for around €23.4 million and Ibrahimovic, now at PSG, thinks he is a great signing.
The Sweden striker told Sky Sports 24: “Thiago Silva and I are happy that things are going well at Milan. I’m happy for Milan and for Balotelli. I can only say positive things about Milan, it is a great club.”
Robinho also welcomed his new team mate to the Rossoneri and hopes that he can improve the side.
He told the Milan Channel: “We await Mario Balotelli with open arms. We hope he can have a great season here at Milan.”
The Brazil international was not the only Milan player welcoming the new arrival with Stephan El Shaarawy also tweeting his approval.
El Shaarawy wrote: “Welcome Mariooooo!!! I am so happy with his arrival!”
