The FIGC presents their proposal to the governments for the reopening of stadiums in Italy, including transparent masks and social distancing of at least 2.25 metres.
La Repubblica reveals the Federcalcio has prepared a document for the Italian government to evaluate, hoping to reopen stadiums by mid-Ocotber.
The report claims the FIGC’s idea is to include an obligation for the public to wear transparent masks, to be recognisable by the police.
With social distancing of at least 2.25 metres between every occupied seat, the newspaper writes the Federcalcio are confident to get the go ahead in due time.
The Technical and Scientific Committee (CTS) has said no for now but the FIGC continues to work on the protocol.
