Brescia midfielder Sandro Tonali will have his Milan medical tomorrow morning, completing the transfer for up to €35m.
Multiple reports including Milannews.it, Tuttomercatoweb and Sportitalia all state the medical has been booked for Wednesday morning.
Following those tests, he will put pen to paper on the contract.
It is set to be a €10m paid loan, with option to buy for a further €15m plus €10m in various bonuses.
Inter had agreed a deal for the Italy international, but hesitated for too long and eventually pulled out.
Tonali has confessed he is a lifelong Milan supporter and Brescia President Massimo Cellino said the 20-year-old was bowled over when the Rossoneri offer came in.
