Sandro Tonali admits ‘playing with the Milan shirt was a dream of mine’ after completing his transfer from Brescia.
The 20-year-old made the move on loan for €10m with option to buy for another €15m, plus €10m in add-ons and a 10 per cent cut of any future sale.
“These are strong, wonderful feelings. I am so happy,” Tonali smiled to Sky Sport Italia.
“Playing with the Milan shirt was a dream of mine, I haven’t worn it yet, but that will happen tomorrow.”
However, after one Serie A season and already three senior caps for Italy, Tonali assures he is unflappable.
“I will sleep tonight and tomorrow will have a great training session.”
The day before his medical, Tonali showed how much of a dream it was by posting an image on Instagram of himself as a child in the Rossoneri jersey.
