It takes a lot to leave AC Milan forward Mario Balotelli shocked, given his past track record of mischief and misdemeanours.
But one especially dedicated fan may have achieved the impossible and left the exuberant Italian almost speechless.
Balotelli took to his Instagram account to publish a photo received from the admirer, who had decided to make his support permanent.
Across the unnamed fan’s back, Balotelli 45 is daubed in a new tattoo, leaving the on-loan Liverpool striker a little bemused.
